STORE QUESTIONS

Can I purchase an autograph from the store if I am not in the U.S.?
Absolutley. Dave will sign and ship to any address in the world. Prices on the site are listed in U.S. dollars. For international customers, the total will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company.

Can I order a photo signed to my name?
Yes, Dave will sign to a name. Just request the name to sign to during checkout and Dave will personalize the item for you.

How much is shipping?
A shipping fee of $5 is added to each order of signed photos. This covers shipping of photos to any address in the world, and you only pay the one shipping fee regardless of how many photos you order. Extra shipping charges apply for larger items, such as books and CD's. Please email us for a shipping quote before purchasing books or CD's.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You may order using any major credit card via our merchant account. You will be able to select the card you want to use during checkout.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Dave signs and ships orders very quickly. There are times of course when Dave is away at an appearance, however your order will be signed and shipped as soon as Dave returns. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering and we will make sure we can get your order to you by the time you need it.

Can I send in an item for Dave to sign?
Dave is not currently accepting send in items for signing, mainly due to the logistics involved in returning the item. We are looking into adding this as a feature to the store, however the best way to get an item signed by Dave is to visit him at one of his appearances.

How do I submit a photo for the photo gallery?
If you have a photo you would like to add to Dave's photo gallery, please email it to us and we will add it to the photo gallery.

How do I report a suspicious Dave Prowse autograph listed on Ebay?
We are members of Ebay's VeRo program, allowing us to have suspicious items removed from Ebay. If you have seen an item you think was not signed by Dave, please contact us with the Ebay item number and we will review it. If we agree the item does not look authentic, we will have it removed from Ebay immediately. We appreciate any help in identifying fake Dave Prowse signatures listed on Ebay.
